Iterations. Our approach to sustainable long term partnerships.
The methodology is entrepreneurial with short sprints of 3 or 6 months in the beginning of a collabration, to align, set targets and evaluate together. When alignment is set, the partnership can continue to develop with new targets and a dedicated NVP single-point-of-contact, that oversee day-to-day operations.
Operational service fee starts at 3.000 USD per month. We combine service fees and success fees in accordance with each package and client-specific needs.
We have various individual industry experience both operational and strategic. This experience is reflected in our prefered verticals we primarily focus on: SaaS, marketplace B2B2C, impact, climate, cyber, fintech, ai/ML. We are very open about any limitations in terms of network and knowledge, but with our setup, local knowledge and methodology we make it our business to always know who to reach and how.
NVP work with a combination of workshops, recurring online meetings, and digital (some, real time) reports to make sure that our clients are always close to the process. Typically weekly or monthly depending on the nature of the collaboration.
Yes and no. It depends. Sometimes we are stealth in partnerships, and other times a marketing-oriented exercise can support future deal flow for the investor entity.
We highly prioritize full transparency and accommodate all clients’ interests. We keep an open dialogue with existing clients about conflicting interests – if any – and we set up aligned terms that all our clients are comfortable with. Ultimately, our business depends on happy clients.
